Boasting a successful track record spanning over four decades, Rafi is an experienced banking professional. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Investia Leasing Company. She also previously served as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Fintech Egypt Association.

Throughout her distinguished career, she has held several positions at some of Egypt’s leading banks. Her previous professional experiences include stints as the Sales Channels & Distribution Support Head at the Commercial International Bank (CIB) where she managed service quality and customer experience across the bank’s distribution channels, as well as ensured the standardization and maintenance of operation levels across the bank’s extensive branch network. She also served as Head of Business Performance Management, Retail Banking and Wealth Management at HSBC, in addition to Regional Vice President of Financial Institutions at Citibank.

Rafi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
