His extensive experience encompasses electronic and cashless payment methods, wherein he has made significant contributions to the company’s growth and success.

In his current role as Chief Business Officer – Retail at Fawry, Ahmed leads the charge in advancing electronic and cashless payment methods, driving innovation, and spearheading initiatives that promote financial inclusion. His relentless pursuit of excellence and passion for creating transformative solutions have been instrumental in propelling Fawry’s retail business forward, contributing significantly to the industry’s growth.

Prior to assuming his current position, Ahmed held several key roles within Fawry, including Retail Sales and Merchant Acquiring Director, Head of Retail Merchant Acquiring, Retail Channels Operations Manager, End user and Retail Care Manager. Each role has provided him with invaluable insights and experiences, further enriching his expertise and leadership capabilities.

His academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, where he honed his strategic acumen and management skills. Prior to this, he graduated from Helwan University, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence.
