Sherif is the Group Head of Information Technology & Application at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Manage 12 IT sectors; overseeing around $20M budget and a 400+team members, Responsible of system applications development and support as well as Help Desk, Technical support, DWH & IT PCI governance, also acting as Technology Committee Head of Federation of Egyptian Banks (FEB) since June 2018.

Prior to joining NBE – the largest commercial bank in Egypt, Sherif spent more than 25 years in Multinational and local Commercial Banks. Sherif has received various Awards & engaged in several training and Activities from professional institutions.  Sherif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Ain Shams University.
