Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. you will be a vital link between our transformative HR-SaaS program and our valued SME clients. Your expertise will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless data collection, entry, and validation, and configuring the software to match their attendance, leaves, and payroll policies.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate closely with clients to gather, validate, and organize HR-related data.
  • Data Management and System Configuration: Accurately enter and validate data into the HR-SaaS program, ensuring precision and consistency.
  • Configure the system to reflect unique attendance rules, leaves policy, and payroll guidelines for each client to ensuring a smooth implementation journey.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree Holder, specialized Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing HR software solutions, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, attendance, leaves, and payroll management.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional data management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
